Fees

 

Photo Entries

The competition entry fee is £35.00 per adult entrant. This allows up to 6 photographic entries. Further entries may be submitted at an additional fee of £7 per entry. There is no limit to the number of entries submitted.

Portfolio Categories

To enter the M&S Food Rising Star category the fee is £35 GBP per portfolio of 5 images submitted.

To enter the Food Stylist category the fee is £35 GBP per portfolio of 5 images submitted.

Single entries may be submitted to the On the Phone category only at £7 GBP per entry. £2 GBP from each entry to this category will be donated to Action Against Hunger.

 

Young, Student and UK for UNHCR Entries

Entry to the Young (under 18) categories is free of charge. A maximum of five entries may be submitted to the Young (under 18) categories.

Entry to the RPS Student Food Photographer of the Year category is free of charge. A maximum of five entries may be submitted to the RPS Student Food Photographer of the Year category. For the purposes of this competition, ’Student’ is defined as a student (full or part-time) currently attending, or having completed within the previous 12 months, a photography course at a recognised college or university.

Entry to the UK for UNHCR Food as Home category is free of charge. A maximum of five entries may be submitted to the UK for UNHCR category. This category is open ONLY to entrants with a refugee background or who have experienced forced displacement, that is, a person who has been forced to leave their home and seek safety elsewhere.

 

Once entered, images cannot be withdrawn unless the Organisers are notified that there is a permissions issue, in which case the images will be withdrawn on request of the copyright holder / entrant but no refund will be payable.

Payment is made online using Paypal. Payment may be made with a credit or debit card via the PayPal platform. A PayPal account is not required to pay by debit or credit card.
